Buyers:

Buyers can also choose to open a free project/job-listing or they can open PRO jobs/projects: PRO equals to paid projects.

If a buyer opens free project/job, then the project will not appear instantly on the freelance site. It can take up to 24 hours for free posted projects to appear on the site.

And once the free project appears on the site: only paid service providers will be able to apply for that project and non-paid service providers will have to wait for 48 hours: in order to place their bid on free posted project.

This limits the number of the bids that buyers will get on their projects if they open a free project and as free posted projects appears on site after 24 hours; things can become pretty much slow for the buyer.
